The lady was very friendly and she asked first if the pressure is fine for me. She followed my instructions carefully and good thing, she did not fall asleep during session which i experienced multiple times. My bad, i did not get her name but in future, i will definitely ask her to do for me again. Keep it up sister 😊

I came here for a facial and wax. I ended up staying longer and getting my hair done. Lol 😅 The wash and scalp massage was very relaxing! This place is amazing! The friendliest people I’ve ever met!! I love everyone here! I love Namarig and Jenny. I recommend to come here for all your beauty needs. Facials, wax, hair, everything! I’m definitely coming back here for my beauty days! My Brazilian wax was not painful at all. I’m not sure how you spell her name but Dibia was so comforting and kind. She did my wax. The coffee here is also really good! Lol. You have to check out this salon!!

Booked for waxing only but ended up getting the Dr Renaud facial also on Afshan's recommendation. It was so realxing and good. Job done by Afshan in a very professional way.

The colour and treatment was good. Washing hair was a horrible experience as the basins are very low and not adjustable. Water came into my during washing and developed an ear infection. Hair cut was not up to scratch with long uneven pieces remaining. Maybe next time check whether the cut is even before sending a customer home. The staff has a tendency to argue in the salon, making for an uncomfortable experience. I believe in honest feedback and this is me being honest.

Had a lovely Vitamin C facial today with Quidad. Really enjoyed it, i feel my skin get clogged up with the dust in the air, the process was great, Quidad done a brilliant job. Have tried other facials here, this one was just as good as the retinol one. Thankyou.
