The experience was swift and calming. I love the fact that you get you hands cleansed by mineral salts before the manicure and the massage you get after the manicure. Beautiful experience. I had a wonderful experience with my manicure and pedicure treatment. The staff that did the treatments were friendly and made us feel comfortable. However, I had a brow thread and tint booked and was told that the staff member called in sick, so they unfortunately had no one to do it. Either I wait 40 minutes or more for the only staff member able to do it. Which I felt was ridiculous and disappointing since I was there before the other customers and especially came to that branch for the brow and tint service, as it is not offered at all branches.

my nail tech, Anesu, was amazing, i had booked for a manicure and added a pedicure whilst there. The pedicure stations were fully booked, since she didn't have a booking after my manicure she offered to do my pedicure by the manicure stations. i really appreciated that

My experience with Stefanie was phenomenal. She’s a rare gem. I had a manicure and pedicure done along with massages and by the time I left the spa all I wanted to do was take a nap. Thank you Spa at Banksia, I will definitely be back.

I went for a Hollywood wax and was so happy with the whole process. The previous wax I had was sugaring at a different salon and it was so painful so I was nervous. Sune was really calm and reassuring and the wax was basically painless. She's very professional and knows what she's doing. They're based in a really cute salon in Newlands and the whole experience was wonderful.

I just had to write a review about my experience with Tammy at Origin Wellness Spa in Cape Town. I booked a facial, massage, and manicure package, and Tammy took care of everything. First off, her facial technique was incredible - my skin felt completely refreshed and glowing afterward. Then the massage... wow. She found every knot and tension spot I didn't even know I had and worked them out perfectly. The manicure topped everything off beautifully, and Tammy was lovely to chat with throughout the entire session.

Thank you. Had a good experience with stylist. Very patient. Great advice received. However with the manicure my nails were not dry and it smudge and unfortunately the nail therapist already left. A valuable lesson learnt. Next time I will have my nails done first, before hair treatment.
