Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Tatiana always does a perfect job! I love how meticulous she is and they always last more that four weeks. I also have terrible dry cuticles that I swear grow faster than normal and the e-file work she does is amazing.

Yolanda has great experience with facial waxing I just love the job she did as a first time lay person experiencing a waxing of the face she did a fantastic job my face after the redness wore down at the end of the day it looks fabulous I can’t wait till she has to do it again. She also does my real nails with a gel topping on top of them and a no chip polish and I’ve gone 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they last and look like they were just done she is amazing she is the gal to go to or her 2nd hand Flor she also is great

At first thought as I pulled up I thought the blowup flamingo was quite cute , then I went into the shop and told the gal that I was here for my mani/pedi as she greeted me very nicely and politely I said this was my first time coming and she told me that since I signed up for a no chip mani/pedi that I should pick a color out she gave a great manicure . Then it was time for a pedicure she started but had to pass off because the other gal was educated and licensed in helping the other customer with her spa treatments and the lady she gave me did a wonderful job on myself for my pedicure
