Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I have been getting my nails done for years, today was my first appointment with Ellen and I can honestly say I have never been so happy and impressed with a set of nails. Ellen is extremely talented and knowledgable in her profession, her attention to detail is amazing. Ellen made me feel comfortable and relaxed and is a lovely lady. Ellen also has medical standard disinfecting procedures for her equipment and only uses safe, non toxic products. Her nail studio is located in a beautiful building not too far from harborne high street with ample parking. Highly recommended.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I’ve been having my nail done here for a while and after I tried another master, work was done ok. Gel itself is good, shape etc too but cuticle this time was done very badly. After my nails grew a bit it looks like someone was biting cuticle instead of cutting it

there’s no one i trust more with doing my eyebrows than loveleen! she does such an amazing job at making them the perfect shape and gets even the smallest of hairs! her space is also very clean and well put together. she’s able to create such a relaxing environment that makes the experience that much better!:)

Got my nails done for the first time ever and I’m honestly obsessed 🥹💅 Suzi was so lovely, patient and made the whole experience super comfortable. She absolutely nailed the shape and design couldn’t have asked for a better first set. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails and the sweetest vibe

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉

My nails always look flawless, feel strong, and the shape and polish/designs are alway perfect. The attention to detail is always next level, and the salon has such a calm, welcoming vibe. Precious my nail technician is friendly, professional, and you can tell she really cares about her work. My nails last for weeks without lifting or chipping, which is exactly why I keep coming back. Fatima did a wonderful job, her excellent attention to detail really pays off as prepped my nails and cuticles and as she worked with the BIAB to create the perfect shape. I also had level 2 nail art that she recreated from my Pinterest board with perfection. Love my nails!
