I honestly didn’t think I’d ever leave my regular nail girl, but Roksana completely won me over! From the moment I arrived, she made her home salon feel like a luxury experience, offered me a coffee and made me feel so comfortable. Her attention to detail, especially with my cuticles, is 10/10, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. I also loved that she uses a new nail file for every client and gives it to you after , a thoughtful, hygienic touch. I’ve definitely found my new nail tech and couldn’t recommend her more! 💃xx

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

I have been getting my nails done for years, today was my first appointment with Ellen and I can honestly say I have never been so happy and impressed with a set of nails. Ellen is extremely talented and knowledgable in her profession, her attention to detail is amazing. Ellen made me feel comfortable and relaxed and is a lovely lady. Ellen also has medical standard disinfecting procedures for her equipment and only uses safe, non toxic products. Her nail studio is located in a beautiful building not too far from harborne high street with ample parking. Highly recommended.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I’m a nail biter, so I’ve always been unsure about extensions. I’ve never liked ones that looked too thick or artificial, but I didn’t want short nails for my wedding so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous going in, but Renae made me feel comfortable and helped me choose a shape and length that felt like me rather than just “wedding nails”. They looked so elegant with my dress and jewellery, lasted beautifully through the celebrations, and I had so many compliments. I honestly didn’t expect to love extensions as much as I did and I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent nail technician. Chloe is very knowledgeable and takes time to look after your nails. She can paint any design you ask for taking time to ensure it is perfect. She has an excellent range of colours and is skilled at strengthening your nails with BISB. I’ve been to several nail technicians now and Chloe is bar far the best. I’d definitely recommend her!

I can’t recommend Maya at Essence & Co enough! She always does an amazing job and is happy to take on the challenging nail designs I bring her. At my first appointment, my nails were very fragile after chemotherapy, but she was so reassuring, gentle and professional. Thanks to her care, my nails are now healthy and beautiful. She’s incredibly talented, friendly and always makes every appointment a pleasure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Switched from acrylic to sculpted gel extensions at Inaru and wow, what a difference! They feel so much lighter while still giving me the length and strength I wanted didn’t think gel could do that. Renae took the time to properly assess my nails and talked me through a plan to improve their condition while still enjoying extensions safely. So happy with the results, I booked my next appointment before I even left! Highly recommend if you’re thinking about switching from acrylic.

Ive been going to Roksana for a while now and i always look forward to my nail appointments with her! Ive tried numerous nail techs over the years and she is one of the best at cuticle work imo. She is passionate about what she does and always tries to think outside the box and for solutions 🙏. She’s been great at tackling my fragile nails and horrid cuticles 😂 and also recommending shades/designs. Detailed work, lovely comfortable room and great chats. My favourite nail tech to date 💛

As always, Maya made my nails look beautiful. She takes care to condition and shape each nail and then helps me to decide on what colour to choose this week! I leave her salon not only with gorgeous nails, but feeling very mellow after chatting with her. Maya has a wonderful kindness about her and a calm approach to life which makes her salon a lovely place to be. Even though I have to drive over an hour, I can’t imagine going to another salon for my nails.
