Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

I honestly didn’t think I’d ever leave my regular nail girl, but Roksana completely won me over! From the moment I arrived, she made her home salon feel like a luxury experience, offered me a coffee and made me feel so comfortable. Her attention to detail, especially with my cuticles, is 10/10, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. I also loved that she uses a new nail file for every client and gives it to you after , a thoughtful, hygienic touch. I’ve definitely found my new nail tech and couldn’t recommend her more! 💃xx

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I’ve been coming to Inaru for over two years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Before Renae, my natural nails were always weak and breaking. She recommended switching from BIAB to sculpted hard gel and choosing a shape that suited my nails, and it’s made such a difference. She always checks how my nails are doing and recommends what they actually need. They’re so much stronger now and still look great after 3–4 weeks. Highly recommend x

Got my nails done for the first time ever and I’m honestly obsessed 🥹💅 Suzi was so lovely, patient and made the whole experience super comfortable. I’m a nail biter, so I’ve always been unsure about extensions. I’ve never liked ones that looked too thick or artificial, but I didn’t want short nails for my wedding so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous going in, but Renae made me feel comfortable and helped me choose a shape and length that felt like me rather than just “wedding nails”. They looked so elegant with my dress and jewellery, lasted beautifully through the celebrations, and I had so many compliments. I honestly didn’t expect to love extensions as much as I did and I’ll definitely be back.

Had a lovely pampering session- hand and feet manicure and foot bath and scrub - so relaxing and Sharaine was very welcoming and professional. The treatment area was very clean and hygienic and I was given a tube of cuticle oil to take home. Love looking at my gel nails and toes 👍🤗

My nails always look flawless, feel strong, and the shape and polish/designs are alway perfect. The attention to detail is always next level, and the salon has such a calm, welcoming vibe. Precious my nail technician is friendly, professional, and you can tell she really cares about her work. My nails last for weeks without lifting or chipping, which is exactly why I keep coming back. I had the Japanese Manicure at Inaru and couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look so healthy with the most beautiful natural shine, no gel or acrylic needed. The attention to detail was incredible and it never felt rushed completely different from a typical salon visit. Even the little touches were lovely, the matcha from the drinks menu was so good. Already looking forward to my next visit!
