Manicure with Rebecca. This was the first time I've ever had a manicure. My nails were splitting and not growing nice. After consultation with Rebecca we decided what she would do as I didn't want gel nails. Had shellac polish. It looks really nice, I'm very happy . Thank you Rebecca.

I had a fantastic eyebrow wax and couldn’t be happier with the results! Isha was friendly, professional, and took the time to shape my brows perfectly while still keeping them looking natural. The service was quick, comfortable, and very thorough. My brows look so clean and well-defined. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Staff is always welcoming and creates a very calm environment. Natalie has done a fantastic job on my first time pedicure and subsequent manicure. As someone who suffers anxiety, I was very relaxed and comfortable at Abalone Retreat and look forward to exploring some of the other many services they provide. I see many more visits in my future.

Visiting The Loft for the first time. The waiting area was relaxing and welcoming, with friendly staff. I was visiting for a manicure today and Liz did a great job. Very professional with some nice conversation. I look forward to returning for other services in the near future.

Just had a polish change last minute decision was able to fit me in Ali was a huge help on me picking out a colour as it was so many beautiful colours to pick from , after changing my mind several times before the colour was added the end result was perfect I love them and I appreciate all the amazing staff that works there 😊

Devon recently waxed my eyebrows and I loved the result! She took her time and used wax, tweezers, and scissors and provided a nice clean shape. Clean space. Great price! Would highly recommend !

Great service, easy to talk to. Very friendly dog. 10/10 service. Nails are nice and smooth. No runs in the polish. The curve of the nail looks natural. The edges are cleaned up nice and great cuticle care as well!

My pedicure was great! Service was excellent! I was even offered disposable flip flops so I didn't smudge my polish! I always feel so welcomed when I come to the loft!
