Absolutely loved Olive. Super helpful and friendly. Originally went in for a consultation and decided to do the piercing then and there. The best piercing experience I’ve ever had. She was super calm and spoke through everything as well as letting me know I can reach out at any time with concerns and questions and offering downsizing appointments. Can’t wait to go back and get pierced again.

Amazing, high quality and painless lash lift and eyebrows done by Valeria. Her attention to detail and precision is the best and i love how curled my lashes look. Always love going to Empress, have seen Morgan a few times especially and every time have felt completely safe and informed with my piercing. They also give very helpful information sheets after the piercing RE: aftercare! Will 100% come back for even more piercings in future xx

Was my first piercing , not counting my lobes and it was the best experience ever. she was amazing finished in 4 secs didn’t even give me time to process any pain for my nose . All staff I met were so nice and welcoming , as well being very dedicate to ensuring space was sterile and clean . Plus they give free sweets and stickers and play some fire music

Took my son for his first piercing. Michelle was very professional and has very high standards of cleanliness. Everything was explained and put my son at ease. Excellent customer service. He's already planning what he wants next and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
