WOW! I just love this place and space. First time Contrast Therapy and it was amazing! The thoughtful design and attention to the little things make this truly a beautiful experience. Not feeling rushed to move on and being welcome to linger and try the products while sipping on tea. Thanks Well + Being loved every minute! 💜

Tom gave me the best massage I’ve had in years - his knowledge of physiology helped get all of the tight muscles looser and I walked out feeling like I was walking completely differently! Highly recommend.

The Contrast therapy (hot and cold) was so luxurious, I wish I had an entire afternoon to lounge around in the sauna and cold tub!

Your receptionist/ carer /guide (Kate ? I think is her name) makes each experience at your centre a delight. She is warm and friendly and easy to chat with with. I felt immediately very relaxed and n good hands.

Always love treatng myself at W&B- such a wonderful facility for us to have in Dunedin.

Good thanks. Only problem it was hard to get comfortable when lying on tummy for the RED light therapy but most people would just stand up if they weren't fatigued like me.

Absolutely loved my float therapy session. First time and will be booking again. Absolute bliss. Thank you x

Calming as soon as my foot was in the door,greeted promptly and professionally beautiful manner and told me about the birthday deals etc , lovely salt drink and raw slice ,I purchased couple of salts sachets to take to Aussie with me soon ,not forgetting the treatment warming inside my body could feel the red lights acting sharply😊

Floating was fun like being in space, and I particularly enjoyed the red light therapy session.

This was my first time having a sauna and light therapy. It was well explained and the staff are very friendly. Loved my experience and would come back again!

Wonderful experience. The IR Sauna was so relaxing, and just what I needed to escape the chaos at work. I turned all of the lights off except the red light in the sauna, and it was so peaceful. connected my phone to the speaker and listened to a podcast. Thanks so much!

I always feel relaxed and revitalised after my saunas. The atmosphere is calm, and staff are lovely. Suggestions: 1. Put rubbish bins into the therapy rooms, including the make-up room. Where do we dispose of our hair after showering? 2. The therapy rooms are not as spotless and clean as they used to be, which is a little concerning.
