The most relaxing hour I’ve had all year. Nicki made my experience so nice. A mixture of relaxation and getting into tight muscles. I left literally feeling lighter and in a great mood. Made the rest of the work day feel easy. Highly highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back.

Tom gave me the best massage I’ve had in years - his knowledge of physiology helped get all of the tight muscles looser and I walked out feeling like I was walking completely differently! Highly recommend.

Your receptionist/ carer /guide (Kate ? I think is her name) makes each experience at your centre a delight. She is warm and friendly and easy to chat with with. I felt immediately very relaxed and n good hands.
