First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

I absolutely love coming to gigs vi beauty, from the moment you walk into the door, everyone is so happy, cheerful and welcoming. I was led to the beauty room, Sophie offered to take my stuff for me, made sure I was okay and explained everything I needed to do. I set myself up, Sophie came back in made sure I was comfortable, adjusted myself until I said I was comfortable then we started the Japanese head spa alongside the asmr! What an experience that was. I was relaxed, felt refreshed and even lighter. Thank you so much! I highly recommend to anyone. Definitely get yourself booked in! Thanks

Booking was easy and so was payment. I was always kept up to date with confirmations and when there was a slight change in appointment times. It was my first time going to this gorgeous salon, as I needed to find a new nail tech as my current one couldn’t do my nails anymore, and they were able to fit me in very quickly. My nails were last done nearly 2 months ago so they desperately needed doing as I had lifting and loose nails. I had my nails done by a senior nail tech and she did an amazing job and I am very happy with them and I have found my new nail tech. The staff were lovely and I will be booking in myself and my daughter for more treatments very soon.

I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

We were absolutely delighted with the mini pamper session for my daughter today. The salon is a lovely, comfortable environment and we were so impressed with how patient, calm and understanding the therapist was. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was mainly good except I think it needs to be clearer upon booking that the Japanese head spa treatment for 2 is one after the other. Upon booking I was only given one time for arrival (12) and as I booked it under the "treatment for 2" I thought it was together or at least at the same time. The facial during the treatment was amazing, and I told the lady this. My skin felt very soft after. My hair also smells amazing. The halo water design was very relaxing. Both myself and my mum found the harder scalp brush to be too painful and pulled at our hair however. Still enjoyable experience

Bought the signature Japanese head massage plus some add ons as a Valentine’s gift for my boyfriend. The original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a broken pump, however the staff were absolutely lovely about the rearrangements and I couldn’t be happier with their efforts. Thank you so much! My boyfriend had an absolutely phenomenal time, and said it was well worth the wait. He can’t wait to go again, so we will definitely be booking more visits in the future!

Kresh did my facial today and she was absolutely brilliant!! I went for a bespoke facial and we began with any skin concerns I may have, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained each step during the facial and also gave a head/shoulder massage during the facial. I left feeling very happy and relaxed and my skin looks amazing. Will 100% be recommending Kresh to friends and family and have already booked in again for my next facial.

I had a full body deep tissue massage which if I could would be 10/10. Professional, friendly service with Kresh who is very knowledgeable and gives great advice 👌🤩🤩
