I go to Lauren for my eyebrows every month but it was lovely to have the detox facial. Lauren is just amazing, the facial was so relaxing and Lauren knows her stuff! Can’t recommend Lauren and her treatments enough 🫶🏻

Kirsty is amazing at what she does. She’s extremely professional. Always welcomes me with a big hug and her beautiful smile. I have very sensitive skin around the eyes and bruise easily, Kirsty took extra care when treating this area, and I haven't bruised. The treatment is quick and pain-free. I would highly recommend Kirsty.

I had a lifting and circulation facial today, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much better my skin looks. My face feels lighter, firmer, and so much more awake. The massage techniques were incredibly relaxing, and I left with a natural glow I wasn’t expecting. Such a beautiful treatment — I’d definitely have it again.

Lauren is so knowledgeable and incredible at what she does. She has been so helpful, looking at all the factors that can contribute to skin health, not just what can be done in the salon. Everything is tailored to the individual. It's definitely not a case of picking an "off the shelf" facial and sending you on your way. I cannot thank her enough.

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Kirsty is such a lovely warm lady. We have a bit of a giggle whilst having micro needling treatment and it helps with the discomfort. Treatment is looking good .

Went for my review today. Kirsty done me a little top up on sides of my eyes, even though I was more than happy with them. Extremely happy with what I’ve had done, no more frown lines. First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.
