Abi is always so friendly and makes me feel relaxed, I have been going to her for a couple of years now and I feel like she knows me, there is never any pressure to do more or less. I have been happy with all the treatments that I have had and I know if there is ever a problem, she will do everything to help resolve it, luckily there never is 😃

I had a lifting and circulation facial today, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much better my skin looks. My face feels lighter, firmer, and so much more awake. The massage techniques were incredibly relaxing, and I left with a natural glow I wasn’t expecting. Such a beautiful treatment — I’d definitely have it again.

I go to Lauren for my eyebrows every month but it was lovely to have the detox facial. Lauren is just amazing, the facial was so relaxing and Lauren knows her stuff! Can’t recommend Lauren and her treatments enough 🫶🏻

Lauren is so knowledgeable and incredible at what she does. She has been so helpful, looking at all the factors that can contribute to skin health, not just what can be done in the salon. Everything is tailored to the individual. It's definitely not a case of picking an "off the shelf" facial and sending you on your way. I cannot thank her enough.

Loved my treatment today head spa and facial both ladies were professional, amazing at the techniques, friendly and so kind and welcoming I come to gigi vi beauty often and the level of service is always amazing and it gets better everything. First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

Fantastic facial and massage feel so relaxed.

I had a facial and hot stone massage with Avril. It was outstanding, you can tell that she is very knowledgeable. It was an incredible experience and I walked away on cloud 9, I’ve already booked my next one.

I highly recommend any treatment with Nadia but especially facials. She takes the time to advise you what facial she recommends. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and very friendly. I guarantee you will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, happy and satisfied.
