I've had a few laser hair removal sessions at this clinic and overall I’m very satisfied. The staff are friendly and took the time to explain the process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. My technician is professional and made sure I'm at ease during each session. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

The service was top-tier from start to finish—the team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. ​What really stood out was the expert advice I received. I was originally booked for a combination of Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio-frequency skin tightening, and vacuum suction contouring. However, after a thorough consultation, the staff recommended a different treatment approach that they believed would be more beneficial and yield better results for my specific needs.
