I booked the Waxtini Deluxe for my first-ever waxing experience, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The private setting made me feel at ease right away, and Hatun was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results were flawless, and the location was easy to find. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to waxing—highly recommended will definitely go again and not to mention her playlist is amazing 🤍🤍

I went for a consultation and I was assigned to Faye, she was very professional, cut a little hair for testing and did a patch on the beck of my neck as well, she also raccomended to wait for extra highlights because my hair were too damaged (prob in other places they would have just done it to have extra money) On tuesday she Faye guided me through the full process (I had to fix my hair cos they were fried, literally from a previous treatment in another place). The final result was astonishing. She did perfectly everything i wanted: color and cut. Defo raccomanded and going back when i need

Elsa is an amazing professional. This was my first time visiting this salon and you've definitely gained a regular customer. Great experience. It was my first time visiting Arivon and I will now not be going anywhere else for my waxing. Danielle was amazing, so professional and really lovely. I felt instantly comfortable and we had such a good laugh during my appointment. So happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

God bless you. My face was glowing after the hydra dermabrasion and she did a SUPERB JOB on my brows. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I can confidently tell you this is the safest place to get a waxing done in Birmingham. Don’t take your body elsewhere because there is simply no better place. Minimal pain unlike any I’ve ever had!

Moved away from home for uni but I always travel from London to get my hair done here, the best salon.

The lady was lovely and did really good waxing and I did not feel much pain. She was lovely to talk.

What a great course. I trained in Lash Lifting, Brow Lamination tinting & waxing course !! I enjoyed it so much left feeling confident and full of knowledge the kits included with the course are really good full of everything you need. Would definitely recommend !!! Brilliant service from start to finish. Jahnay was very professional and very friendly. It was my first time having braids in a salon and Jahnay explained what to expect, we discussed what hairstyle I would like to my preference and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the period that she braided my hair. I love my hairstyle, lovely relaxed salon, friendly environment and reasonably priced. I would recommend!

I was a little bit nervous after it being a while since having my last wax but she made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the process. Offered me drinks and made sure I was comfortable as it was a warm day. Was done very quickly and was perfect for the self care day I needed! Very warm and relaxing atmosphere, all around great service! In love with all the waxing areas I’ve had done as I’ve been left smooth and can’t wait to rebook in a few weeks time!

I booked a bikini wax, eyebrows and sideburns threading. The ladies in the salon were warm and welcoming upon my arrival, and Priyas service was excellent. I have musculoskeletal issues and a lower pain tolerance than normal. Priya was *excellent* in her handling of me. Her attention to detail, patience and gentleness were very appreciated by me. I was nervous about getting my eyebrows in particular done somewhere new, and she did a great job. I will definitely return to this salon and would highly recommend. I trained lip blush with Sarah, honestly Sarah is a fantastic teacher, we went through everything step by step. I was extremely nervous and Sarah put me at ease. The salon is a beautiful clean well laid out setting. I left with an amazing kit & lots of goodies. I left the salon feeling confident and happy.
