The 20-minute treatment itself is relatively straightforward, followed by a session in the amazing sauna blanket. Tips from my experience: wear thick socks, as it can get quite hot! Download a series on your phone to make the time fly by. After the treatment, I recommend taking a cool shower – your body will appreciate it! Drinking plenty of water after each session is also crucial to help remove toxins.

I really enjoyed my visit to TLC Laser but what stood out the most was the customer service. I initially picked the wrong treatment but Nicole didn't make a big thing out of it, instead, she immediately went out of her way to seek the proper treatment for me. Nicole was very helpful with regards to the advice she gave me with my skin concerns. It felt more like a conversation between friends instead of it being a transactional exchange.
