I absolutely love this salon near Kensington Olympia. Olga is truly one of the most professional nail technicians I’ve ever come across — the quality of her manicures and pedicures is simply unmatched. I haven’t seen anything this good anywhere in London or even in Surrey, where I live. Honestly, it’s completely worth traveling two hours from home just to have my nails done here. The results are always perfect. What makes it even more special is the atmosphere — I genuinely feel like I’m among friends or family every time I visit. I will definitely keep coming back!

Sam is amazing! I was in town for a quick trip & will definitely be coming back next time I'm in London. She was super professional and I felt so welcome and comfortable. She is easy to talk to and of course did a great brow wax :)

I had a consultation for my under-eye area and couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly honest and advised that I didn't need under-eye filler, which really showed her integrity and expertise. She discussed other options without any pressure and genuinely wanted the best result for me. She's so knowledgeable, kind, and professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The best thing I did in 2025 was find Nurse Grace at Gracefill Aesthetics. I was looking for someone that offered a range of services and importantly, someone who was a medical professional. I was nervous going to the initial consultation but needn't have worried at all. I have had various treatments and Grace is one of the loveliest humans I've had the pleasure to meet & get to know. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and will tell you honestly & realistically what is achievable. Her space is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful aesthetic. I would recommend Grace without hesitation.

An absolute luxury from start to finish. My Glass Skin Facial with Kaouthar was incredible. I arrived feeling anxious, but she instantly made me feel so comfortable, like I was with a close friend. The calming ambience was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! She truly has magic hands. My skin is glowing, and I’ve already had so many compliments. The beautiful children’s play area with a professional carer is such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to come back!

This is my go to clinic for all my treatments. I have been visiting Grace for a long time and she is very knowledgeable and an expert in skin rejuvenation. Grace has helped me with my skin concerns by offering combination treatments, my acne and acne scarring has improved significantly with the injectables, microneedling and facials.

I had my first waxing appointment with Sam and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. She immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain the process, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The treatment was much quicker and more comfortable than I expected, and her attention to detail was amazing. If you're considering booking your first wax, I highly recommend Sam.
