Thando was great! The ONLY complaint I have was your ridiculous pricing for tips? R50 per nail like what the hell?! My 1st and last experience ONLY because of the pricing. I only had 2 thumb nails to be fixed, and I had to pay R100, almost the same price as a full gel set. You can do better! I had to eventually take a full set of tips instead which was R40 more. Daylight robbery! The rating is 4 Thando and her good customer service. If it wasn't for her, I would've rated terrible but because I didn't want her to look bad because she did an amazing job. Shame on you!!!!

I have the ugliest hands and weird nails that nobody ever seems to get them right but the nail tech was so attentive and she noticed how thin my nail bed is and she was gentle when filing them ,the way she glued the tips was so clean and her application of the gel just as clean. I love my nails and to top it off, she is friendly as well. The receptionists are both friendly as well. I also asked to do threading and tint , they gladly helped me with that as well without a booking because they had space

I absolutely love Dainty Touch! Anke is an amazing nail technician and takes so much pride in her work. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she's a true perfectionist. I have my nails done every 3 weeks and a pedi every 5 weeks, and I'm always so happy with the results. I've never had any peeling or lifting, and my nails always look flawless. Every appointment feels like a treat, and I leave feeling completely pampered. I can highly recommend Dainty Touch!

Visiting CT from Limpopo. Had major brain surgery 10 days ago and was in need if some TLC. Athule gave me support to help me get comfortable and when I needed to step down from seat. So caring and kind. Loved every minute of my royal gel pedi. My daughter was with Delma who did the prettiest soft gel tips and blue whale inspired nail art. I enjoyed speaking with her. She was very kind and polite. I would love having my nails done by her again. She is also very detail oriented and noticed immediately if the paint was slightly over the nail and made an effort to tidy it up.

Service was good ,,HOWEVER,, wen I booked the service I needed - " Soak off gel" the price advertised /shown is R70. But on paying @ till point I was told its R90. I booked " soak of - GEL,,BUT i was told that R70 is for normal nail varnish...my point is that your FRESHA site states & i booked R70 " SOAK OFF GEL" - I know I had GEL on my nails,,so I was confused as I booked correctly as per ur pricelist. Now please advertise appropriately! Was not impressed with this confusion at till point .
