She has such a kind spirit, and I’ve tried her massage before, same great quality and attention to detail. Laila did my nails and she was very calm, sweet, and her work was excellent. Rhea was absolutely amazing she did my classic pedicure and French nails with so much care and perfection and she was incredibly gentle and detailed and Reem at the reception was truly wonderful she welcomed me with so much warmth and made the whole experience even better and honestly everyone there was great and professional and I really appreciated how kind and attentive the whole team was and this is definitely going to be my favorite salon🩵😍😍

Thuraya was excellent and exceptional as always when it came to the hands. However, the lady who did my feet was very harsh and caused injuries to both my feet and nails, despite me clearly mentioning that I have nerve issues and sensitive skin. She did not listen, and my feet were not left soft. When I pointed out that she should focus on softening the feet, her response was dismissive—saying she could only give me the time allocated, as if my satisfaction was not her concern. I left very unhappy. The rough treatment caused bleeding on my toe and the side of my thumb, which should never happ

I did my nails (shaping, pedicure) and French color. I wanted to cut my nails because one of them was almost broken, but she was very professional and shaped it without making my nails short. The service was really impressive, definitely coming back for nails services.
