My experience was great, I don't remember the name of the nail tech who did my nails but she did an amazing work and even when the top coat shrank she handled it professionally. My only comment is because of all the filing to take off the messed up top coat, 2 of my nails starting bleeding, the nail tech apologized and tried to handle it, the receptionist on the other hand handed me a band-aid and that was it! I would have expected a little professionalism from such a place and try to offer some kind of discount on my next visit. Not that I needed it but it's basic professionalism.

I had a Russian bedi and manicure with Sadina, and I can confidently say it was the best treatment I’ve had in years. Sadina is incredibly talented, professional, and so detail-oriented. Her work was extremely neat and precise, and she made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. My nails have never looked this clean and perfect.
