Patient, friendly & professional. Listens to everything you say & delivers the best results. Very kind & straight to correcting anything you don’t like & honest about possible difficulties/no-go’s so no time lost/wasted. Fantastic at making super duper custom sets! Thee perfect person for custom & unique sets and has great skills & inspiration!! I don’t get my nails done often 💸 but when it is my birthday, special event etc, Floz is my one & only go-to since 2021!! Floz’s technique is top tier! No lumps, bumps or uneven gel and the layers aren’t unnaturally high above the nail bed! The best!

Karla is amazing. Always a really good experience! Been a few times now and I’m a very happy customer! She preps the nails well so they last for a while! She checks in at every stage to make sure you’re happy, whether that’s the length, shape or colour you’ve chosen! I have loved every set from her! Definitely recommend!

Best lashes in Cardiff! Iren is so lovely and she always takes her time and makes sure I love my lashes. My lashes always look perfect and last longer than they have with any other lash tech. I’ve also had a bouncy blow dry with Iren which was absolutely gorgeous! The salon is beautiful and she goes above and beyond for her clients. Would 100% recommend!!

I love my monthly appointments with Liv! I've not found a design that she can't do for my nails and I'm completely at ease and relaxed the entire time. I always leave beyond happy with my nails and brows. Come out of the appointments feeling relaxed and constantly staring at my pretty nails. I would 100% recommend, she's the only person allowed to touch my nails! x

First time having a gel manicure with Amelia, she was professional and very friendly. As I couldn’t decide on a colour she recommended a beautiful deep purple which looks fantastic! I was so happy with my nails I have rebooked next month for a manicure and a pedicure. My daughter has also booked to have a manicure with Amelia after seeing how great my nails look. Thank you Amelia
