Abi was amazing, she was so thorough with how she did my nails, they look amazing. I wasn’t feeling very well and she looked after me and kept checking on me through every step and got me water. Very professional!!

my daughter went there today for nails .she has asd and this was her 1st time out alone . staff were great with her & she loved her nails exactly as she wanted them . staff also were good enough to move her appt back 90 mins as we were behind with hairdresser .. def will be going back x

Always an amazing experience at WOW. Paige makes my nails stunning and is very much a friend, not just my nail tech. Everyone at WOW is a gorgeous human!

I’ve only very recently moved to Cardiff so was so pleased to find a nail technician who replied to my messages while I was still living out of the area. I had my first appointment yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. My nails look great, Jessica is a pleasure to be with and so accommodating. I can’t praise her enough I’m already looking forward to my next appointment 😊

She has so many colours to choose from and her work is outstanding. I definitely made the right decision coming to Jess.
