Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

I had a lovely back, neck and shoulder massage with Amrita. She is very kind and helpful and really listened to my needs. The massage was very thorough and relaxing - just what I needed. The space is pretty and chilled out too. I'd definitely recommend! Xx

Grace is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She knows exactly what to do and really helped my problem areas. I added on the scalp massage and I fell asleep straight away, sooo relaxing

One of the best massages that ive had. Went for the four handed massage. Jane and Anna were very good and gave me treatment that I needed and feel 100% better. Will definitely come back when I'm next in Cardiff.

I had a taster massage which was very relaxing. Attention was paid to knots around my shoulder blades, and that along with the overall back and upper arm massage left me feeling refreshed and floaty for the afternoon.

Had a lovely experience for my first massage. The little salon next to her house was very clean and tidy, it had a relaxing vibe straight away. Rebecca was very welcoming and chatty, explained what would be done during the massage. It was very good and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely be booking again soon.

I recently had a full body massage with Grace, and it was honestly one of the best experiences. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing! Professional, attentive and incredibly skilled. Grace made me feel at ease straight away, and her technique was just perfect. She knew exactly how much pressure to apply and really focused on the areas my body needed. By the end of the session I felt completely relaxed, refreshed and free of tension. You can tell Grace takes pride in her work and her clients. I can’t recommend her enough. Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Tanya. I walked in full of tension and walked out feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced. Tanya is amazing at what she does — honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to book again.

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! I had a botanical facial with Amrita, I was in Cardiff for the weekend and wanted to treat myself! The location was really nice easy to get to and super easy to book! Amrita was really friendly and super lovely which made me feel at ease, and the room was calming She used amazing Neil yards products which we used sensitive ones for my sensitive skin, it was fab and my skin felt great after, She also doesn’t leave you which most facials do, instead there was lots of lovely additions like a shoulder massage and some sound bowls, I’ll definitely be back when im next in Cardiff Thankyou!! 💗

Absolutely incredible. Booked a couples massage (one hot oil, one deep tissue) and it was amazing. The place is lovely and clean, relaxing atmosphere and really friendly staff. Tree and Cindy that did our massages are super attentive and amazing at their jobs. Phenomenal experience and great value for money. Can't wait to return!

I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!
