I am always so impressed with my nails after I have been to see Negar. You can see that she loves what she does because she always takes such care and her attention to detail is insane. She always listens to what I want and nothing is too much trouble. I love the new beauty room. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for perfect nails. The service is excellent

I honestly didn’t think I’d ever leave my regular nail girl, but Roksana completely won me over! From the moment I arrived, she made her home salon feel like a luxury experience, offered me a coffee and made me feel so comfortable. Her attention to detail, especially with my cuticles, is 10/10, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. I also loved that she uses a new nail file for every client and gives it to you after , a thoughtful, hygienic touch. I’ve definitely found my new nail tech and couldn’t recommend her more! 💃xx

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

It was the first time I got my nails done ever, it was such a nice place with cute trinkets and amazing trinkets (especially the cat buntings). Mills is so so so nice and the conversation was great and my nails are so cute and I love them so much.

I’m a nail biter, so I’ve always been unsure about extensions. I’ve never liked ones that looked too thick or artificial, but I didn’t want short nails for my wedding so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous going in, but Renae made me feel comfortable and helped me choose a shape and length that felt like me rather than just “wedding nails”. They looked so elegant with my dress and jewellery, lasted beautifully through the celebrations, and I had so many compliments. I honestly didn’t expect to love extensions as much as I did and I’ll definitely be back.

I had such a lovely experience at my recent nail appointment with Tam. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. We had a great chat throughout the session, and her warm personality created a really relaxing atmosphere. My nails look beautiful, and I left feeling refreshed and happy. Switched from acrylic to sculpted gel extensions at Inaru and wow, what a difference! They feel so much lighter while still giving me the length and strength I wanted didn’t think gel could do that. Renae took the time to properly assess my nails and talked me through a plan to improve their condition while still enjoying extensions safely. So happy with the results, I booked my next appointment before I even left! Highly recommend if you’re thinking about switching from acrylic.

Ive been going to Roksana for a while now and i always look forward to my nail appointments with her! Ive tried numerous nail techs over the years and she is one of the best at cuticle work imo. She is passionate about what she does and always tries to think outside the box and for solutions 🙏. She’s been great at tackling my fragile nails and horrid cuticles 😂 and also recommending shades/designs. Detailed work, lovely comfortable room and great chats. My favourite nail tech to date 💛

I absolutely love this nail salon! My nail technician Precious is amazing, her attention to detail, creativity, and expertise are unmatched. She listens carefully, takes pride in her work, and always makes sure my nails look perfect. The designs are stunning, and the salon is clean, professional, and welcoming. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend this salon and my wonderful nail tech. 5 star service every time!

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

I’ve been coming to Inaru for over two years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Before Renae, my natural nails were always weak and breaking. She recommended switching from BIAB to sculpted hard gel and choosing a shape that suited my nails, and it’s made such a difference. She always checks how my nails are doing and recommends what they actually need. They’re so much stronger now and still look great after 3–4 weeks. Highly recommend x
