As a new customer I was blown away with Abbie, I was desperate for a complete blonde refresh, and boy did she deliver. I’m over the moon with my colour and style, it’s exactly what I needed. The salon is lovely and the coffee is good. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Barber is always great with the kids. Reassured our nervous boy, didn't use clippers as he was worried about them. Then helped us pin down a screaming toddler to get him sheared.

Had an appointment with Paula for my 2 children, absolute amazing service with both kids, one being severely visually impaired and the other being very nervous. Paula made sure they were comfortable and informed of what she was going to use and do next which made for very easy haircuts, happy customers and parents. We have seen Paula before and decided to try again with her and we will definitely be going back to Paula for future haircuts!

My hair hasn't been happh for the last 6 years. I'm from Leicester, relocated to London & relocated again to Portsmouth all in 2 years. The water is very different in all the towns & along with stress, water changes, hormone changes & intollerances to two big food groups happening at the same time, my hair really has let me know it isn't happy. The ladies were really helpful, informative & explained things well. We now have a plan of action. They gave me comfort by advising me my roots & some of the length is healthier than I thought. So much on offer here, Caroline & her girls are all amazing at what they do...lashes, waxing, massage, mani & pedi to name a few.. But don't take my word for it, try one of the many treatments. I doubt you'll be disappointed Also found out they do pamper packages for kids, at reasonable price...

Emily coloured, cut & styled my hair today and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome! She took the time to give me a proper consultation and discussed my hair colour, condition and what I wanted to achieve. The result is stunning and beyond what I had expected to achieve in one session. The salon is gorgeous and all the girls are so lovely. I had plenty of coffee and was able to relax, Emily really looked after me. Her knowledge, skills & passion shine through in her work. I will be back again & again and have already booked my next appointment, thank you Emily. x

Caylee was amazing! Did a fabulous job of 5 bridesmaids, 2 flowers girls, 2 mums and the brides hair and everyone was really happy with the hairstyles they had 🥰 Caylee is lovely too, very friendly & chatty made everyone feel comfortable, thank you so much highly recommend xxx

Caylee is just wonderful. So attentive and I always come away with a fresh new haircut that I love. I moved salon to stay with Caylee as she just know how my hair works and what I need from her. My hair has been a nightmare since having children and she always offers the best advice and cuts it in a way to flatter when my worst breakage is. Looking forward to my next appointment with a new rootdrag too 🥰

It’s my third time visiting Ella at the hair retreat. It’s a beautiful salon with easy parking and the girls are all lovely. Make you feel so welcome. My hair looks beautiful. I’ve booked to go back again. Both my daughters use this salon to.
