Picked Sabrina for my first curl cut having read such glowing reviews online and I was not disappointed. To be honest within 10 minutes she had already exceeded my expectations! What really stood out for me when comparing to all other hair appts is how much she considers the science behind hair and how bespoke the appointment is to your exact hair needs. My hair hasn't been happh for the last 6 years. I'm from Leicester, relocated to London & relocated again to Portsmouth all in 2 years. The water is very different in all the towns & along with stress, water changes, hormone changes & intollerances to two big food groups happening at the same time, my hair really has let me know it isn't happy. The ladies were really helpful, informative & explained things well. We now have a plan of action. They gave me comfort by advising me my roots & some of the length is healthier than I thought. Sabrina has been cutting and colouring my hair for over 10 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and somehow manages to make my hair look and feel amazing every single visit. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also friendly and welcoming, making every appointment a lovely experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Lucy is amazing!! She did my hair extensions and was very knowledgeable, providing lots of tips on how best to care for them. She’s also lovely and great to chat with, she made the whole experience really relaxing and comfortable. 100% recommend!

Just had a head spa with Hanna and it was wonderful. It was so relaxing and my shoulders and neck have no tension! My hair feels great. The setting was peaceful and comfortable and Hanna was amazing. I'd absolutely recommend this experience!

First time and was having a consultation for a perm , even though I won't be getting it done for a while that is because it was explained to me why my hair at this time is not suitable and what I can do. I have Alex do my hair he is great the other staff are great too they are so welcoming and if your not happy Alex goes out his way to help and they take there time they know what there customers want and have unless they want a change lol great service and lovely people would recommend to any body
