Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

Leanne was so amazing. I had the best manicure and gel nails. She goes above and beyond to take time to do perfect design. So creative. Thank you. Sapphireblu is by far the best salon in Norwich.

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

Have had my hair done by Amy for years & I wouldn't go with anyone else unless she quits hairdressing lol! Had a lovely colour with foils today & a cut & blow dry. Lovely girl & highly recommend her services to everyone.

I have moved to Norwich a couple of years ago and have tried a few different hairdressers since. Once I found Megan, my mind was made up! She is just the best! It was lovely to see Ineida set up in her new salon, it’s a great space with convenient street parking and a bus stop right outside! Half head foils and cut and blowdry before going on Holiday. Summer always does the colour excellently and is quick, so not in the salon for hours. Very happy with my colour and cut. ✂️

Had a lovely afternoon in the salon, I was the only client for a while in there and had a lovely time with Mellissa and her lovely daughter Gracie.
