I had my belly piercing with my friend. It was really a great experience. they are really attentive to the hygiene and every equipment was disinfected and cleaned well. Well experienced and friendly ladies. they eased the pain highly recommended

Katherine is amazing. I told her my skin concerns and the treatments I had in mind and she offered great advice, talking through some safety concerns which meant I decided not to have a treatment I wanted which I was completely unaware of and she could’ve quite easily ignored and just taken my money! Then suggested alternatives which she thought may work better and explained why. She’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel super relaxed and confident that she’ll do a great job. I’ll definitely be returning!

Sophie provided a lovely service, listened to what I wanted and then delivered an excellent cut. She communicated clearly throughout the appointment about what she was doing and checked in at different stages to see if I was happy with how it looked. I'm often not at ease in salons but this experience was lovely and Sophie is a really great conversationalist and a fantastic stylist.

I really love this place. I think I’ve become a bit of an addict. Amy and Donna are incredibly welcoming, professional and experienced. I’ve been coming every month since my first appointment. I have quite problematic skin and I first went for a hydra facial which brightened my skin really well. I’ve since been back for a fire and ice facial with the massage which was magical and I will defo be getting again and I have also had PRP. I also come to the clinic for eyebrows, lashes and b12 injection. I really recommend this place. As I said, it’s a bit addictive but incredibly worth it!!

An excellent procedure do by the doctor and the bonus was relatively mild pain during the treatment but soon comfortable. The end of around fifteen minutes it was done. I am very happy and will continue to take advice and treatment. Regards Rashid

Traveling for two weeks, my back and neck were sore from sleeping on a hotel bed. I found this gem that had great reviews so I booked a 90 min massage. The massage was fabulous!! I wished I would have found this place sooner so I could have gone twice while in London. The price is very inexpensive for the amazing service they provide. Chiara is among the top two beauticians I have ever dealt with! She is a professional and you can tell so by the way she carries out treatments. Chiara has given me honest and sound advice on the treatment I was going to have and my suitability for it (tear trough). She gave me enough information for me to decide whether to go ahead with it. Besides, Chiara went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process - unfortunately I am scared of needles lol!
