I love an infrared sauna and could happily use one a few times a week. This one was pretty good. The preset temp was a little high for me (about 61degrees) and I needed to drop it to about 56. I usually like to have a nap in infrared saunas but found it a little tough here, as I could hear chatter from the reception area. Will bring loop earplugs next visit.

My favourite place to visit for self care. The infrared sauna experience is so cosy and serene and to top it off super clean. I cannot recommend Mesa enough.

OMG love love love !!! This place is the place to be on a cold day in manly or any day really. And apparently the infrared saunas are good for you which makes it the perfect guilt-free way to slip into escapism and imagine yourself away in a beach club somewhere warm listening to your own playlist through their Bluetooth. Highly recommend but let’s keep it a local secret.

I received a gift card for Mesa and decided to try it today. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I chose the Mesa Self-Care Experience, which included an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and a 60-minute massage. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are very kind as well.

I got a gift voucher for an infrared sauna. I booked it along with an ice bath and I absolutely loved my experience at Mesa Body. The woman that welcomed me and showed me around was really nice, with an apeasing energy. Mesa is tucked away, on the second floor, and the peacefulness in the place makes you forget you are close to busy Freshwater village. The installations were clean. I highly recommend! I asked about different types of massages they offer and the diversity is just amazing. I know I'll be going back.

I had such a great sauna experience at Mesa. The whole spa has a peaceful ambiance that encouraging relaxation, and I loved the infrared sauna sessions! It is the perfect experience for a rainy weekend if you are looking to recharge and relax.

Loved it, I had my first session yesterday after seeing a brochure while getting a massage. Krystal is amazing! She has so much knowledge and showed me through the facility after Krystal showed me around I decided then and there to purchase a multi sauna package and now I'll have to buy more after using two in two days with my third session booked for early next week

The oxygen tank and infrared sauna combination is incredible — a truly healthy and rejuvenating experience. Highly recommend!

Everything is perfect. Love the infrared saunas, the privacy, the shower right there in the room. It's spacious and the best little self-care spot in Manly.

I loved coming to Akasha for my infrared sauna session. The clinic is beautiful, welcoming, clean, peaceful. The sauna room is candle light (led lights) and has everything you need. Thank you Morgan and Truth for such a nourishing, detoxing and relaxing time. I can’t wait to be back soon again!

Marjaana is a true professional. She gives 100% care and attention from start to finish. At the end of my remedial massage, I feel so good every time. Highly recommended.
