This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Lovely Alison was such a knowledgable and excellent therapist. She took the time to work out the best treatment for me taking into account my skin type, age etc. She was friendly and warm and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Had a fabulous head, neck and back massage as well as a dermaplaning facial (my fave) from Mushfiekah! I was confortable at all times, she focussed exactly where I required it, after enquring, and kept checking if I was okay with the pressure. I'm not surprised, my experiences has always found Mushfiekah attentive and client- focussed. Seriously, if you need to pamper yourself, book with Mushfiekah!

I really want to thank Pearl for doing my hair so beautifully today and for accomodating me on a Monday morning. This is to no fault of the Bedazzled team but unfortunately a mother bought what looked like her preschool child in for a wash and blow. From arrival throughout the appointment the child cried and screamed. was torture listening to this child cry and scream, I felt so sorry for the stylist and the team. It is also very inconsiderate of the mother to do this. As a mother and aunt to young children this was unbearable and the mother should not have brought her child in.

I booked the appointment for my wife. The pedicure and head massage was awesome. However this was soured by the 30 minute wait for the treatment to start. Appointment was for 11h00 . My wife arrived at 10h55. After waiting up until 11h30 she had to approach the staff to enquire about the appointment. There were three other clients. They were assisted before her, even though their appointments were scheduled for much later. Many thanks. We will return and hope for a better pre appointment treatment. Regards Vaughn
