Wow wow wow! After building the miles up the past few months ahead of the Manchester marathon, this was exactly what my tootsies needed! Leanne had the room toastie warm with low lighting and meditation music playing. It was absolute heaven! I cannot wait to get my next treatment booked in!

Never disappoints! I've just had another Not a Facial facial. AMAZING! Not a traditional massage more of a wonderful workout for your facial muscles and lymphatic drainage. Also incorporates head, neck and shoulder area. You come out floating on a cloud and knowing your face has just had an amazing treat

My new years resolution is to dedicate a little bit of time to myself every month. This month I have booked a facial with Leanne. Wow! Her room was so warm and Leanne is always so welcoming. I felt relaxed immediately with the candles and spa music playing. Her treatment bed (no idea what it is called) is so comfortable I could have drifted off before she even started! Leanne massaged my face, neck, shoulders and head! I was disappointed when my time was up! I have now booked a reflexology session for next month and I cannot wait!

Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I really liked that she explained which muscles were tight/problematic and how this might impact pain/tension. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be returning. I had the date to bare body scrub All very clear regarding masks etc felt clean and safe I was dry brushed ( need to do this often) exfoliated and had a body masque applied front and back I was then given a head massage and left to rest ( sleep !)after I was moisturised and massaged with oil My skin feels so soft and I literally floated out !!

Absolutely great This is Not a Facial facial! Very different from your average facial and so relaxing. It is a comprehensive treatment for head, neck and face. Thoroughly recommend.

Tracey is amazing. I have some chronic pain issues, and she works to make these much easier to manage as she reduces the tension in muscles and connective tissue around the pain. She is very sensitive to what I can manage. Find the sore spots. Listens really well and world at my pace. Her massages have really helped me.

Getting a massage from Tracey is my favourite form of self care! She really takes the time to understand what sort of treatment you want in the consultation, and makes sure throughout that you feel amazing. I visited Tracey after running the half marathon, and my poor sore body felt so good afterwards! I highly recommend treating yourself to a 90 minute full body experience if you can - from foot to head to hand it was bliss all over!

Tracey has been my massage and reiki therapist for many years. She is truly a wonderful person and true healer. She knows her anatomy really well and is a highly specialised therapist who knows how to heal any aches or pains I have no matter how complex, and I always leave with my stress completely melted away. She also does incredible reiki energy work that has helped me through very difficult times. I will forever be a customer and so grateful to have access to such a great healing experience!
