Charlene is incredibly skilled, attentive, and has a natural gift for understanding exactly what your body needs. She truly has magic hands — firm yet gentle — and knows precisely how to release tension. She’s not only a true professional but also a kind and genuine person who makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. I felt deeply relaxed and so much better afterwards, both physically and mentally. Her calm energy and professionalism make the whole experience truly special. Highly recommended!

An excellent, professional service as always! I think what I've always appreciated from our sessions has been Beata's holistic approach-she's not just concerned with the physiological aspect, but she has an indepth knowledge of human anatomy, nutritional needs, injury prevention and has even provided me with relationship advice. Excellent service as always! I didn't realise before the session today just how tight some of my muscles were (such as my IT band.) Beata carefully worked with her hands, warm bamboo and a massage gun to help loosen some of my muscles and to flush out the toxins to help aid my recovery. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone! :)

Excellent service as always! Beata always goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible! Having not had a session for a couple of months, I can really feel the difference after today's one-everything feels a lot lighter and a lot of the tightness and pain (from consistent running and training) has been flushed out!

Lovely relaxing setting, I felt very comfortable being there. Charlene is a lovely lady, she made me feel like I could voice what I needed, she made sure pressure was good for me throughout and she focused on the areas of my medical issues where I needed more relaxation. Very professional massage, I’ve never felt so relaxed before. I came away feeling like my body was lighter & about 5 years younger.
