The pressure was perfect, the movements were smooth and professional, and every detail showed great skill and care. It’s my first time at Forest Massage Therapy and won’t be my last. Nicola is very professional and very good at explaining the different therapies and their benefits to our body. The setting is clean, calm, and comfortable, and I had a relaxing Indian Head Massage treatment. I felt less tension on my shoulder, head, and neck after the treatment. Highly recommended x

Wow! I had a hydrojelly facial with Jess and it was amazing! She was lovely, really kind and reassuring about my sensitive skin. The whole facial was so incredibly relaxing, the jelly bit was so nice! The head massage turned me to goo! There was a lovely steam and a weighted jade eye mask which was dreamy as well. I feel so relaxed and will definitely be back, thank you!

The best treatments! So relaxing, you’re made to feel so comfortable and the attention to detail is spot on! Also one of the best places in Liverpool for quality / value for money.

Stacey was a great success looking after a group of golfers that I had staying near Liverpool - she did a huge number of massages during the week. They said she was excellent. She was quick and easy to deal with when organising and was flexible in accommodating a number of massages out of hours which hadn’t been scheduled. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering her services.

Abbie is the best nail artist in the whole of Liverpool- FACT! can’t stop looking at them… thank you! Xx

I had a hour Indian Head Massage with Aaron ,it was so relaxing I could feel myself falling asleep,really enjoyed the relaxation and tranquility drifting off, I can highly recommend this treatment and look forward to visiting again soon.

I try to visit Jess for my head spa each month. I find it so relaxing and today was a particularly stressful day but I left feeling calm and rejuvenated. Can’t recommend the Rosemary treatment enough. My scalp and hair feel amazing. Everyone should give this a try

Amazing as always! I’ve been coming to Meesha for regular sports massages and can’t recommend highly enough. She took time to do a thorough assessment and understand my difficulties and needs, considering my pole and aerial training and hypermobility, and has given me targeted exercises to help with my training goals alongside massage. Meesha is also really thoughtful and sensitive, and having massages with Meesha as part of my regular self-care has helped not only with my pole and aerial goals but also managing stress and looking after my mental health - very grateful thank you!

I literally can’t thank Megan enough for my hair cut today. I absolutely love it, EXACTLY what I wanted and made me feel so like me again. Hard to find someone who does that, so I would highly recommend Megan to anyone with curly hair! Also highly recommend the Indian head massage extra as a lil treat yourself, felt so amazing afterwards. Thank you so much Megan, I will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Booked for my partner, and she absolutely loved the head spa with Jess. She’s in that post-massage haze an hour later!

Treated my mum for her birthday, we loved every second and didn’t want it to end. We had the facial, back and head massage. We both felt really comfortable and AJ was so professional. We are already looking for our next treatments. Highly recommended
