What an absultely pleasant experience. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I went for a Hollywood wax and was so happy with the whole process. The previous wax I had was sugaring at a different salon and it was so painful so I was nervous. Sune was really calm and reassuring and the wax was basically painless. She's very professional and knows what she's doing. They're based in a really cute salon in Newlands and the whole experience was wonderful.

Charnelle did my dermaplaning and waxing, and she was incredible and very gentle, not aggressive at all, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel at ease.
