Hazel was absolutely amazing. It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and she made the entire process so easy and calming. Not once did I feel any burning or pain. It honestly is just a little sting for 10 seconds and it’s over. We had a lovely chat throughout the entire session which made it so much better as it was like a little distraction to what actually going. She’s super professional and knows what she’s talking about. Will be recommending to my friends and family!!

Hazel is so lovely. Made me feel super comfortable. She is very professional and makes sure you are fully informed all the way through about the process and aftercare. Hazel greeted me with a warm smile putting me at ease straight away. Before she started my back wax she explained everything that she would be doing. The treatment room was spotless and I found Hazel to be very professional in her approach. Being the first time that I’ve had my back waxed and nerves, I had soon went and I was impressed with the experience. I would thoroughly recommend Hazel to anybody considering wax treatments, Supporting local professional independent people is essential to our economy. I would not hesitate to visit again.
