Hazel greeted me with a warm smile putting me at ease straight away. Before she started my back wax she explained everything that she would be doing. The treatment room was spotless and I found Hazel to be very professional in her approach. Being the first time that I’ve had my back waxed and nerves, I had soon went and I was impressed with the experience. I would thoroughly recommend Hazel to anybody considering wax treatments, Supporting local professional independent people is essential to our economy. I would not hesitate to visit again.

I had full body wax plus hd brows. Lovely warm friendly welcome, the cabin is beautiful and relaxing, air-con was great for the hotter weather. Louise was very professional and did a quality job, the waxing did not hurt unnecessarily which some beauty therapists have caused me before in the past. It was all done so quickly and was like chatting with a friend, which makes you feel really relaxed. Definitely will be booking other treatments and the regular waxing treatments, highly recommend. I walked out of there feeling like a goddess, so much better. 🤩

Haven't been to Hazel since November so was a little nervous for my wax, but Hazel made me feel so relaxed and welcome again! So professional but so kind and friendly at the same time. Could not recommend enough! ☺

Hazel was brilliant. I was at ease almost instantly. The wax was as comfortable as it could have been and she’s done a really great job. The location is really convenient with parking just outside.

Hazel was absolutely amazing. It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and she made the entire process so easy and calming. Not once did I feel any burning or pain. It honestly is just a little sting for 10 seconds and it’s over. We had a lovely chat throughout the entire session which made it so much better as it was like a little distraction to what actually going. She’s super professional and knows what she’s talking about. Will be recommending to my friends and family!!

My first wax with Hazel and very comfortable. Had the Extended Bikini wax and so nice to lose the hair near the perineum which is horrible if you have to shave. Definitely will return, thankyou Hazel.

Hazel is so lovely, makes you feel super relaxed. Anyone who is nervous because you’ve never had an intimate wax before, please put your trust in Hazel, you really won’t regret it. She was professional, kind, and talked me through the entire process, explaining what to expect and checking in on me regularly to make sure I was okay. I’d say just go for it if you’re considering!
