I found Rapunzel on Google and their great reviews are right. Everyone who took care of me was so kind and talented. The lady washing and blow drying the hair (who gives the best scalp massage), Regina, the excellent mani who gave me a beautiful nail design; Marcus, the best pedicure I ever had; and the gentleman who did an incredible foot massage. Honestly, everyone was incredibly good at their job. I also did knotless braids, which was my main reason to visit, and I loved the result. Brenda was patient helping me choose the color, and has a very gentle hand and works quickly. I’ll return.

Incredible! I had the anti-ageing facial treatment, delivered by a true expert! From the products used, to the techniques from the therapist, it was an outstanding experience. The facial massage given was nothing like I have ever experienced! Unexpected foot massage while some of the face treatments were in progress, also very effective. I could feel the years of stress falling away! Thank you for an outstanding experience from easy booking to the service. Highly recommend!

If you have Asian hair like me, this is the best salon to go in Nairobi. I assumed the'll only be good with afro hair, but I was wrong. They used different products for me, and the service was very proffesional!

Carol & my nail tech were absolutely wonderful as well as the lady who took out my weave and braided me. The guy who shampooed my hair was very gentle and the massage to my scalp was great. I’m disappointed in the guy who did my eyebrows he did them very thick and long I look like a cartoon character, I’m happy Carol made my bangs long enough to cover them it’s very embarrassing.

Rapunzel Hair Affair is heaven sent for natural hair😍They did loc method step by step and explained every product they used on my hair. My 4C coils soaked up that goodness and stayed soft for days.
