Positive Therapist (Stella) was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and courteous. Xenacia are lucky to have her as a member of staff. Negative Payment paybill given by the receptionist at the Spa resulted in me making payment to a different vendor company. This was an inconvenience for me since now I have to follow up with the other company/vendor to get my money back. My recommendation to Mgmt: have the paybill and account number displayed on the wall to avoid receptionist reading the details from a notebook.

If you have Asian hair like me, this is the best salon to go in Nairobi. I assumed the'll only be good with afro hair, but I was wrong. They used different products for me, and the service was very proffesional!

The staff were welcoming and received me with a smile and greeted me by my name. Mr Walter was very pleasant and offered me help with my questions on hair care. After finishing my hair appointment he walked me to the reception desk while carrying some of my stuff. I was impressed by this action of escorting me to the reception despite ‘the fact that there was a client waiting to be attended to. As a client this is what we like, to be treated well from the start to the end. In addition the staff are well informed on matters relating to the Spa. I will definitely be back with this kind of servic

We're from the United States, and ever since we got here, my wife has been looking for where to do microweaving in Nairobi. Just by chance, I came across this Rapunzel hair affair salon online, & I thought to surprise my wife by booking her an appointment here. She's been raving about wanting to add length to her hair lol. Anyways she came back looking like a damsel!!! Thankss guys!

Was looking for where to do Microweaving in Nairobi and I found this salon! Caro and muthoni slayed my hair to perfection. I believe Rapunzel Hair Affair is one of the best weaving salons in Nairobi tbh. Though a bit pricey but sis it's sooo freaking worth it. My husband couldn't stop gushing over how beautiful and natural my hair looked.
