The ladies here are always so lovely, and even when I've done my usual tummy sleeping and have slept on my face and squished my lashes.. they still manage to make them beautiful again!

Fantastic experience. Such lovely staff, they took great care with my nails and paid close attention to the shape and made sure I was happy throughout. I was also offered a drink, which isn't much, but it adds to a lovely experience. I also received a hand scrub and massage which again, isn't much but it made the whole process feel like a premium service. Will definitely be back!

Vic did a fantastic job colouring and cutting my hair today, finishing with a wedding hair trial that I loved. I showed her some inspiration photos and she made it work for my hair type. I had the most wonderful experience having my hair cut and styled by Ilva . She is perfect at making you feel at ease and listened to . She has fantastic knowledge about all things "hair" including products and she happily demonstrates how they work and the benefits you can expect. I came in first thing on Christmas Eve for a consultation and honestly wasn’t expecting much. I’ve been told multiple times before that extensions wouldn’t work for my hair because it was too short or too damaged, so I didn’t want to get my hopes up. I was absolutely amazed when Aby told me to come back later that same day and said she could help me. The results were better than I ever imagined and I finally have the hair I’ve always wanted. Aby is incredibly talented, honest, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m so grateful I came in that day — best decision I made. Highly recommend.
