As she was relaxing and applying after the cellophane coloring to my hair, she was also doing some consulting in a sense of explaining to me the other hair products on the market that would add strength and volume to my hair, thus allowing it to grow healthier. Caroline has demonstrated that she has years of experience in doing her job and she has also done it with grace, respect, and courtesy. My first experience getting braids went very well. The vibes were vibing @ the studio and Amanda was great. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery of my hair, which delayed the start of my appointment, however, the staff was very apologetic and accommodating so that made the extra wait bearable. Amanda was very knowledgeable, fast and extremely helpful ready to answer all my questions without judgement. Definitely got me feeling like a whole baddie lol will certainly recommend and will be coming back
