Amanda is really nice and personable. She did knotless large braids to my hair, when i left the salon i was super happy with the style. It wasn't until i got home and really took a good look at my hair that i realized some problems. Because she couldn't find whatever she uses to seal the ends with hot water, she used the hair washing bowl . I'm assuming the water wasn't hot enough so my ends didn't seal properly and they look super frizzy with hair sticking out. 😕
