I had a cut and blowdry appointment with Charlene today and it's the best haircut experience I've ever had! I was nervous a bit nervous to cut my length off but she was absolutely lovely and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so gorgeous and healthy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new style.

I had a blow dry with Stephen for Chester races who kindly fitted me in last minute after injuring my arm! Loved my hair, it lasted all day despite the raging heat. Stephen was lovely, it was very nice to meet you 😊

This was my first appointment at this salon. Kylie was friendly and immediately put me at ease. Before and after cutting my hair we discussed next steps and had a full consultation to discuss how best to colour my hair at my next appointment. Absolute stunning salon, everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Heather was an absolute angel with my consultations and explained everything in so much detail which really helped as sometimes it can be very overwhelming when you don’t understand much of a service. Emma and Leighoni did a perfect job on my head today. I have such a dark root and they got it amazing for my first sitting. I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Beth is a fantastic hairdresser! Excellent at fitting tapes and providing all information/advice of different hair extensions.

I was greeted warmly by Robyn . I was made a coffee before my consultation. Robyn was very helpful explaining about colours for my hair. Robyn said when I know I am available to get in touch and she will fit me in.

Really good appointment - I felt like they really listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile styling my hair as well.

Superb. Turned up to have a curly blow dry, but it was so hot, we asked if we could just have a hair up do. Chloe and her colleague ( sorry didn’t catch the lovely girls name) were not phased at all by the change of plan and made a brilliant job of mine and my daughter’s hair.
