I had a cut and blowdry appointment with Charlene today and it's the best haircut experience I've ever had! I was nervous a bit nervous to cut my length off but she was absolutely lovely and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so gorgeous and healthy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new style.

Michael is amazing! Great hair dresser and stylist, always puts you at ease and has a good chat and a laugh. Very talented at what he does and always makes me feel 100% more confident after having my hair system fitted and maintained. Can't thank him enough, I wasn't convinced that having a system would work for me but he instilled confidence that he wouldn't let me leave without it looking right for me. I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Absolute stunning salon, everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Heather was an absolute angel with my consultations and explained everything in so much detail which really helped as sometimes it can be very overwhelming when you don’t understand much of a service. Everything was very clear to me and organised with ease. Can’t wait to come back for my next appointment
