I came in this morning for a haircut, I’ve wavy/curly hair and have only ever had one curly cut previously. This was my first experience in a hairdressers which focused more hair health, rather than aesthetic. I worked with Faye to help her understand what I was wanting and she clearly understood what I was explaining. I’ve never been so relaxed in a hairdressers, and I don’t mean in an indulgent way, I mean in a overstimulation/comfort way. No pressure to talk, no unclear boundaries, no masses of noise. I closed my eyes for a large chunk of the appointment. I absolutely love my hair cut.
