I came in quite stressed and overwhelmed from a tricky day and Lucia made me feel comfortable straight away. Her space is really lovely; very chill, with gorgeous art and *excellent* music playing. Lucia was super lovely and attentive and did such an amazing job with my scant ideas of what I wanted. She was very gentle with my super curly hair and I love my new cut so much. Thanks Lucia for a luxurious moment during a tricky day :)

Made my daughter feel very comfortable with the needs that she has knowing when to have a conversation and then when my daughter was ready to finish I was very happy with my consultation and left knowing exactly what I wanted after walking in having no clue Can’t wait to now have my hair done

I had a consultation today. I was nervous about going. My first time visiting a salon in years. I cut and dyed my own hair as I have psoriasis and find it embarrassing. I was made to feel so welcomed and was made to feel at ease. I’m looking forward to having my hair done and sorted out.
