Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Gemma is such a rare gem! (No pun intended). I love my new haircut and I have loved all of the cuts, trims and ideas we have shared in the past. I completely trust her and her expertise to do what is right for my hair & face shape - and I also feel heard when I express my style ideas and needs. The space is warm and friendly, the seat zones are cosy and all of the staff are lovely (& professional!). A big thank you ☺️💛💚❤️

The girls did such an amazing job with my unruly locks during my wedding trial and I came out feeling like brunette Rapunzel with my glossy new locks! I had a luxe aromatherapy mini-massage included as standard, a perfectly matched hair tint, cut, blow-dry, clip-in extensions fitted and styling from the gods. You will not regret coming here, they are super friendly, professional and gentle. Thank you again, can't wait for the big day now!

Both Hayley and Sarah were super friendly and hospitable! Although I was waiting 30 mins for my haircut as Hayley was finishing another customers hair before mine, Hayley offered me a cuppa and apologised for the wait, which I thought was very thoughtful of her and I appreciated! Both these ladies always go the extra mile with their customers hair experience, so thank you!

Hayley was amazing! I went in kind of having an idea about what I wanted and left it to her to guide me with what would suit my skin and face shape and came out with something better than I had imagined. Silky blonde, thicker feeling hair. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s skills as a hairdresser is absolutely amazing. She always cuts, styles and colours my hair beautifully. I have never left the salon feeling like I was miss-understood in what I wanted.
