My son (aged 10) absolutely hates having his haircut. It makes him so anxious. I found T&W and loved how inclusive and thoughtful they were around making their customers as comfortable as possible. The hairdresser really listened to what my son wanted, didn't judge, and made sure he was happy with what she was doing. It really helped being able to cover the mirror too. He came out happy!! Which is honestly a miracle. Thank you!

Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience today at this new salon! From the moment I walked in, everything felt relaxed and professional — absolutely no attitude, just a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Lucia and Laura were both fantastic. Lucia was incredibly warm and made me feel right at home from the start, setting a great tone for the whole visit. Laura, who did my hair, was simply outstanding. She really listened to what I wanted, offered great advice, and delivered one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. The attention to detail and genuine care they put into their work really shows. Highly recommend!

Bobbi gave me an absolutely outstanding service for a complete restyle to help make my hair more manageable before I begin hospital treatment. She was considered and took on board all my style and low-maintenance requests - and she really knows how to get curly hair to do its thing! Great conversation and a relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely incredible service! I haven't felt that relaxed and welcomed at a salon or barbers for a while. I mentioned when booking my appointment that I am autistic, and Lisa did an incredible job at making the entire appointment super smooth and clear. On the pre-apppointment notes it also asked for my pronouns and what I wanted to achieve with my hair; this was really great to see! The venue is gorgeous and calm, and the free drink from the on site cafe was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

My lovely aunt introduced me to Ella when I moved back to Bristol ten years ago. She loved her and the way she works, and I saw why straight away. There’s something trustworthy about Ella that you don’t find in all hairdressers – as a person as well as professionally. She is thoughtful, considerate and excellent at cutting and styling (and colouring) hair.

We brought our 2 year old son for his first haircut. Skye was so kind and let him take his time to be happy to have it cut. She was really helpful and answered all our questions. She really put us all at ease, even when he made lots of mess, and helped me collect a lock of his hair. She's also had great customer service before and after, answering my questions about products and tools for his curls. We'll definitely go again.
