Michael is absolutely amazing! After losing my beloved stylist of 20 years—who set an incredibly high bar—I spent a long time searching for someone who could truly deliver. I tried several stylists in Charlotte, but it was always a compromise: some could handle color but not cuts, and vice versa. Then I found Michael. He’s meticulous with both cut and color, and he’s completely earned my trust. For the first time in a long time, I genuinely love my hair again. This was my 6 years old first time at a salon. She was very nervous. Jocelyn was very accommodating and very gentle with her. Jocelyn even put on music to my daughters liking. My daughter usually cries when I even come near her to comb her hair. She let Jocelyn wash, detangle, condition, blowdry, trim and flat iron her hair. My daughter couldn't stop swinging her hair. Darlene's great! She's really pleasant and she knows her stuff! I've been on a hunt for a hairdresser in Charlotte and she popped up on my radar. My hair was looking dull and was breaking real bad. Best believe that I started to see a change in my hair after the first visit. Her treatment regimen has definitely made a difference, as now, my hair is looking healthier and the shedding is subsiding. My hunt has officially ended and I'm happy.
