Just been to the salon for the first time today. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Summer did a beautiful colour on my hair, its the best colour that I have ever had with hiding my grey roots and she excelled in achieving this. I felt like Ii had known her for ages, the conversations flowed. 5 star treatment from a 5 star salon. Thank you Summer, I will be back 😄

Great to visit the new salon which is very nice. Wonderful hair treatment by Penny, as always. I'd recommend this place if you like friendly hair stylists, a very pleasant environment and a professional service.

I have been using the salon since it opened and had kirsty as my hairdresser for a lot longer. Kirsty goes above and beyond for her clients and the salon reflects that. The staff are friendly and professional. I don't use anywhere else as I believe why change when you have the best. Alex does my nails and beauty treatments and like kirsty puts her customers first. Also willing to accommodate to fit you in around your commitments. My nails always look amazing and I believe Alex uses the best, healthiest techniques to ensure they stay healthy and looking great.

Very happy with my hair after visiting “The Secret Salon - Kirby Muxloe”! Georgia has done a fabulous job of my hair once again! My hair was washed and olaplex treatment applied by the junior which was blissful! Very happy and will definitely return - even though I don’t live in Leicester anymore, it is well worth the travelling😊

I liked the Kirby Muxloe salon. This was my first visit having previously just visited the Glenfield salon.

During my consultation, Shannon was incredibly helpful and honest. She provided a lot of advice, which gave me faith in her and I know she’ll be the perfect lady to help fix the condition of my hair. Looking forward treatment day! :)

I love coming to the secret salon in Kirby Muxloe, I have Charlotte cut mine, who is amazing!! So friendly and chatty, she listens and gives advise re your hair cut, and you even get the best head massage whilst she washes your hair too!!! I love my hair being cut there, defo recommend x
