Phoebe Rose was so welcoming and knowledgeable! I was comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door, offered a drink and offered extra treatments, and my hair turned out beautifully. I had a lovely experience and will definitely be booking in again😊

Absolutely love L.E.V hair and beauty i go for my nails eyebrows and hair wouldn't trust anyone else now. I have beening going there since the shop opened. They do a fantastic job on all the things I get done can't recommend them enough. Best place in leicester the team there have become family to me.

First class salon, my chosen style is very short and in the past I have found it difficult to find a salon with a stylist who can cut my hair without making me look too butch. Arran is a very talented young man who I can highly recommend. The salon is flooded with natural light along with the added bonus of air conditioning. If you are searching for a new salon try Kirsty Nicole you won't be disappointed. 🌻

My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

My hair desperately needed some tlc and it now looks and feels beautiful. It was dyed to a lovely tone, with a treatment to revive the condition of my hair and a stylish cut which makes my hair look fresh. Lovely staff and service, can’t wait for my next appointment.

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Evie gives great advice and I always feel good with the results she achieves with my colour and cut. She also knows what products will suit my hair and improve/keep it in good condition between visits. I also love the atmosphere and comfort of the salon.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
