Highly recommend Dylan! My hair was in the worst, over-processed state that it had been in decades, as I recently left my stylist back home to come to Toronto. Dylan took the time to talk to me, thoroughly assess the damage, discuss options, but also was willing to let me make the decision. As I’ve been coloring my hair for decades, I knew I needed to listen to him and it turned out so lovely! He also taught me how to use a product (that he’s doesn’t sell) to help repair. And the blow-out was so good! His building is undergoing some issues but don’t let that dissuade you! 👍👍

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. My stylist was friendly, professional and provided a great blowout. Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). Incredible! As always! I came in with the wonky-est grown-out pixie, and Kara did an incredible job in bringing my hair back to life. She was extremely patient during the consultation and was so communicative during every step of the hair cut. I felt so comfortable in the salon and left feeling so confident. I already have my follow-up hair appointment in 2.5 months time, and I can't wait!! 10/10 recommend, for anyone looking for a hair stylist in Toronto.

Fiona has been colouring my hair for over 3 years now and she has expertly guided me through all of my phases (blond balayage, natural hair colour with management of roots, and now grey-blending). I highly recommend her! Also, the salon is newly renovated and bright and the Olenza team is friendly and welcoming, which makes for an overall great experience.

All I can say is money well spent. Everyone who knows me knows I am hard to please when it comes to finding a hairdresser in Toronto. Toronto hairdresser are too lazy and dont care about their clients. Before Mrs. Marva even started my hair I was planning my next visit. She is soooo dedicated and caring.
